Well this is the first time ive cashed out. I figured I'd wait until it was worth it. Well I cashed out 5/15/12 @12:08PM....right now its 5/19/12 @ 10:08AM with one email sent to support and so far nothing. Hmmmmm...
i cashed out on the 16th and haven't gotten money in my paypal yet either.
I emailed support and they said that they were having some difficulties with paypal. they reassured me that my money will be in my paypal by the end of the day today.
We apologize for our recent PayPal issue that you have been experiencing.
We made some technical changes this past week and we do not have the issues resolved. We had hoped that we could have provided a solution by Friday but that was not the case. We are now in a waiting game because we can not resolve this over the weekend because we have to wait until Monday when we can confirm things between our system, our bank and PayPal.
Our plan is to be back to normal by the close of the business day Monday. At that time we will be back to the normal 48 hour processing.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we get this resolved.

"Technical changes" are never good, they always mess things up for awhile.
I have also been waiting for my payment. I have submitted 4 different cash out requests over a a period of 10 days or so. Ever ytime, the cash out requests revert back to available. Submitted two tickets to get this resolved and I received two canned responses and no help whatsoever. Support has been a total joke. I'm beginning to wonder about Field Agent in a not so positive way.
I'm right there with everybody. It's been a good 5 days wait for me so far as well. I cashed out $114 so it better not get lost somewhere!
I am not the only one I see. I did and cash out for $115.00 and it came back into my Field Agent transactions as not paid out. I did it again and it has been a week with no money in Paypal. I have done several cash outs with no problem. Hope this type of issue can be resolved soon.
Ah I now see the joys of new software issues are on again. I have no doubt I'll get paid. Just worried when a week went by and the new cash out I made had not shown up.
John? Any ideas when this will be cleared up?
Sounds like Field Agent is having cash flow problems. Never a good thing.
Clara, I'm with you. Not worried about FA cashflow. Just want the software to recognize the transfers. Staff at FA is probably going nuts with this problem. PayPal can be great, but if they deal with corporate clients like the deal with the little guys --- trouble!
After approximately 2 weeks and countless support tickets, I finally got paid today. Thank you FA.
So is that the key to getting paid now, multiple support tickets? I submitted a request over a week ago just to have the balance land back in my FA account. Submitted another one over the weekend and still waiting. This is unusual, but still frustrating.

I got a different amount paid to me than i cashed out. I have submitted a request but cannot seem to get an agent assigned to look into it further? can anyone help?
I submitted my request for cash out on 7/24/2012. The deposit has not been made.I was expecting it to deposit on the 4th day but it fell on today a weekend day. I cashed out when the amount was for 94.50. the balance was showing 0.00 untill i decided to accept and perfrom a few more jobs for themthis week. After checking the status again in pay pal and Field Agent my available balance stated 106.70 as if my request was never made on 7/24/2012 for the 94.50. The new available balance should have shown 12.20 available for cash out after my request for the 94.50 was made on 7/24/2012.
This leads me to believe that it is more then a pay pal problem as pay pal has nothing to do with the stats in Field agent if request have been made and honored . With the rejection of two jobs that were done correctly and the changes with my cash request I am starting to believe that something is wrong with this company and that they may not be paying on jobs that should be paid . I waste my gas and time trying to make extra money and they sit back holding the profits made by the agents that perfrom the work for them. If my deposit is not made this week. I will not be perfroming any more jobs and will seek a resolution to this problem as it takes longer and longer to get a response from this company .
I have cashed out 3 separate times since the beginning of July and the first and second time the money was kicked back and I still haven't been paid for jobs from the beginning of the month. I have sent at least 3 e-mails.

This is my second time posting . After seeing Diane's comment I now know that this company is holding back funds they alreasdy made from previous order and trying to hold on to money we have earned and declining some to save there own money untill they checks come in from the jobs we perfromed or doesnt intend on paying it at all. I suggest we gather together and sue this company . I dont have the time or the money to perfrom work for free. This guy is getting rich while everyone is loosing more money to companies like this. I stopped after I was told that a decline order on the 7/26/2012 was the reason that my payout that was first requested on 7/24/2012 is the reason why the cash kicked back to them and my deposit hasnt been made. It is now 8/3/2012 and I am told to be patient while they work out the issue but cannot tell me a timeframe on when they will pay me. In the meantime more orders have been coming and people are getting suckered to perfrom there work whill spending our own gas money and taking time away from other things that are more important.
When I first joined this I thought it was fun. I knew I wasn't going to get rich off of it but I do expect them to be fair. I have been denied 2 of the jobs, stating I did them wrong. One was back in June. I sent them an email requesting an explanation but just keep getting replies that they are very busy and haven't been able to get to all the letters. It was only $5 so I just blew it off. Now, I haven't been pd for 5 jobs I have done. One of them from yesterday I received an email stating my answers to one of the questions was incorrect so I wouldn't get paid on that. I know of no way to go and check on my jobs to see if I actually did do them incorrectly !! Problem is, on my stats it shows I have not completed 3 of the jobs correctly and that's just not true. It has been over a month since I have been pd. It's only about $35 but still I took the time to do it. I'm not putting out anymore effort to do these until I get paid. Being rejected has really pissed me off, especially when I am getting out in 105 deg temps for nothing. I'm getting very discouraged.
Purely informational for the group. I cashed out on July 29th and still have had nothing deposited into my PP account. E-mailed them today, we will see if they respond. At the very least, I feel they should do a better job of responding to those who decide to perform jobs for them. This string in is their bug fix category. I guarantee that they read this daily, yet, there is not one response in here from them. I grew up in retail operations and this is a great concept, I would like to see it pull through.
Still waiting for a cash out that Field Agent said was posted to my Paypal, but Paypal has no transaction record of it. it's been a week. How long does it take to communicate with field agents? If you want our help, YOU have to work with US just as we do you.
I've had the same problem - cashed out a week ago and am still waiting for the payment to post to Pay Pal, even though Field Agent shows it having been processed. Very frustrating.
I've been using my iPhone app to cash out. It has been so much faster than the PC. Perhaps you should start a new thread as this one is originally from 2012. I have had little problem getting response from FA. Try posting it as a new problem/question. Good luck. Don't lose patience, they are a small and busy staff.
