How to cash out

As of August 17, 2017, our payout options have changed.   Field Agent will no longer use PayPal for cashouts. Instead, we are adding direct deposit... so your earning will go straight to you!

Here's the process for cashing out:

1. Go to and log in as an Agent using the same email and password you use to log in to the Field Agent app.

2. If you haven't registered your phone number with us yet, you'll see a message on the left side of the Dashboard asking you to do so. Enter a valid SMS-capable cell phone number, and you'll receive a text message with a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code on your account page.

(The only time we will require an additional phone number verification is if you wish to change your cash out method.)

3. You will go ahead and select 'Direct Deposit' and fill in your banking information. You will see an example of where to locate your account and routing number, not to worry!

4. Click the “Cash Out” button.

As with any other banking transaction, please allow 2-3 business days for your funds to be posted to your account. You will first receive a micro deposit to make sure that we have the correct routing number. If the routing number is incorrect, you will need to log on and complete this process again, make sure to check for typos in your routing number.

We appreciate your cooperation as we transition to the new payment method. We want our Agents to know that we are actively searching for alternative payment methods to provide in addition to direct deposit. Be on the lookout for this!
